Who we are

Greetings!

We are a small, family-owned and operated ranch nestled in the hills of Eastern Tennessee. As first generation cattle ranchers, we have a mission to fill the great need of providing quality local beef, while stewarding the land well for future generations.

Regenerative ranching isn’t just our passion, it’s something we put into practice daily here on the ranch

Our cattle spend their life out in the pasture from birth to processing. Our rotational grazing strategies, high quality cover crops and premium hay provides our cattle with constant access to forage with a high nutritional value, all while improving the soil they walk on. When cattle are moved frequently, the land recovers faster, biomass is created, which allows the healthy population of microorganisms to thrive within the soil. On a macro scale, these practices allow us to improve our native soils and sequester carbon, while ultimately reducing our overall need for synthetic fertilizers and pesticides.

We have made it our mission to not only provide quality beef, but also to leave our environment better than we found it. By choosing to support local farms like ours, you are taking part in improving our food system and boosting your local agronomy.
